The Fiberskyn head is pulled over a 3.5 inch deep frame providing excellent resonance. Braided cords are used for cross bracing to add to the look and feel of the Buffalo Drum. The center of the cording is comfort-coated for hours of enjoyable play. Beat near the center of the drum for deep pitches and accent them with higher pitch rhythms from the edge of the drum. The top part being bronze with the face of the goddess which is the owner of the bell and the bell part made from bell metal. It has a finely worn antiqued appearance The bell represents wisdom and the feminine aspect and the dorje represents the creative, forceful, male energy. During ceremonies, the bell is held in the left hand with the dorje in the palm of your right hand. The Dorje represents the method that grows compassion. WOODEN BELL MALLET	PRICE: $13 This is a solid wood mallet for METAL singing bowls and bells. Gently tap the rim of the bowl or bell. Then hold the mallet against the rim of the metal bowl or bell, and slowly move in a cirular motion as you apply gentle pressure. The bowl or bell will begin to "sing".

The timsha Bells are a ritual artifact by Budhist Monks, as well as in the Shamanist traditions. The Timsha's are made of a complex alloy of bronze (copper and tin) and also iron and zinc. When these unique hand cymbals strike each other they produce a clear, pure, cleansing sound which can be used to focus the mind before and after meditation. When played as an instrument they can be used as a chime or a bell. When playing you grasp each cymbal by the cord, at the point where it enters the timsha and hold firmly and strike the edges together at an angle. They can also be used to clear the space of any negative energies.
