Crystal Sound Therapy (CST) 12-month professional program
is both experiential and knowledge based. We journey into
a world of sound and feeling using crystal bowls, crystals
and gems, and ancient and new esoteric mysteries. We experience
transformation of mind, body and soul, and we develop
enhanced intuition and psychic awareness. The Crystal

The Crystal Sound Therapy professional
study and training program is being taught as a powerful
uplifting global collaboration between Susie Nelson-Smith
from Australia and Amrita Cottrell from the United States.
Together they have founded the Crystal Sound Institute
for the purpose of teaching and researching the transforming
effects of crystal sound using quartz crystal singing
bowls on the physical body and subtle energy fields.
Together Amrita and Susie have over 19 years of experience
with crystal singing bowls, healing music and teaching.
Healing with sound is deeply transforming.
It is a powerful form of Energetic Healing. There are
many effective ways to integrate the healing energy
of crystal sound into our lives. Some of these include:
deepening meditations, environmental cleansing and clearing,
programming intentions and affirmations, soul journey
and soul retrieval, community and global transformation,
physical and subtle body healings with sound and specific
breathing techniques, and charging crystal grids and
mandalas with sound for specific purposes. Using our
imagination is the first step towards manifestation.
